New Support Email for Patient Portal

MyTTP ELP Patient Portal has a support email created to assist patients in completing their portal enrollment should they experience issues. Patients may email MyTTP ELP Patient Portal support at elpasopatientportal@ttuhsc.edu. Please advise patients to include their name, DOB, MRN, and PIN number in the email. Follow the steps below to locate the email address on the Patient Portal site.

  • Go to https://myttpelpaso.org. Click on the question mark to be directed to the frequently asked questions section.

  • Under Enrollment Questions, click on the hyperlink on number 4 that reads “Who do I contact if I have questions about myTTP ELP?

  • You can access the email by simply clicking on the hyperlink elpasopatientportal@ttuhsc.edu.

**NOTE: Please ensure the body of the email contains the patient’s name, date of birth and MRN number. In order to ensure questions are adequately answered, please encourage patients to be as specific as possible in describing their enrollment issue.

EMR Announcements

There is currently 1 EMR Announcement(s):
    • We’ve been working diligently to correct the issue of labs not showing in flow sheets. We are correcting different labs each week and this week we have corrected the following:
    • a. HCV FIBRO, HCV GENOTYPE, HCV Quantisure, HCV RNA PCR, HDL, DCT, HGBA1C, HGB, ANTI-HAV IGM, HB CORE IGM

      b. Please report any issues regarding these particular labs not crossing over from the report to your flowsheet.

    • Please dial 215-4020 to reach us.

    • To request to file an EMR document in error please send an e-mail to elpasoemr@ttuhsc.edu. Please do not send alerts or flags for this type of request.

EMR Known Issues

There are 2 EMR Known Issues:
    • Rotating residents do not have access to printers or computers in clinic.
      • Clinic must notify EMR department of any residents rotating through their clinic in order for them to be granted access.
    • Please report any lab values not showing in flowsheets after signing the lab report to the EMR, Labs proxy box in EMR.

As always we are working to resolve these issues in a timely fashion and will keep you updated on their status.
