Students will be notified via their TTUHSC El Paso assigned email address when billing statements are available for viewing on the eBill website. The eBill website can be accessed through the MyTech portal for students at http://webraider.ttuhsc.edu/ under Student Account, Health Sciences Center eBill Make a Payment. Payment by check or credit card may be made directly on the eBill website. Students may also choose to set up guest users on their account so parents, employers, or others may make payment on their tuition and fee account. Guest users only have access to student tuition and fee statements; no other student record information is available through the eBill website.
In order to ensure security of your personal financial information, the Student Business Services Office will no longer accept credit card payments by phone, fax, or mail. Credit card payments may still be made in person at the Student Business Services Office.

Credit Card Service Fee
TTUHSC El Paso will be implementing a service fee program beginning April 3, 2017, and will apply to student account payments made via credit card on or after that date.
