Patient Education

From the problems or medications tab, select the problem or medication you would like to find a handout for and click the button in the top right corner called “Patient Education”

Select the handout you would like from the list

Choose the language you want the handout printed in

CSS iPad Wi-Fi Troubleshooting

Connecting to Wi-Fi: Use these steps to connect to Wi-Fi

  • Unlock the iPad using the assigned passcode (csssurveys). Click on the Settings icon on the home screen.

  • On the Settings menu, click on Wi-Fi.

  • Select the HSC-AIR or HSC-AIR.2 networks.

  • Enter your eraider and eraider password credentials. Click Join.

  • A certificate page will appear. Click Accept.

  • A blue check mark will appear next to the connected network and Wi-Fi icon will appear in upper left hand if connection is successful.

Forgetting the Wi-Fi Network: Use these steps if eraider credentials need to be restored.

  • Unlock the iPad using the assigned passcode (csssurveys). Click on the Settings icon on the home screen.

  • On the Settings menu, click on Wi-Fi.

  • Click the Image00 icon next to the network connection.

  • Click Forget This Network.

  • Click Forget when the notification window appears.

  • Follow the Connect to Wi-Fi steps again.

Resetting Network Settings: Use these steps if eraider credentials cannot be altered.

  • Unlock the iPad using the assigned passcode (csssurveys). Click on the Settings icon on the home screen.

  • On the Settings menu, click on General.

  • Click on Reset.

  • Click on Reset Network Settings

  • Enter the assigned passcode (csssurveys).

  • Confirm the Network Reset Settings by clicking Reset

  • IPad will restart. Network settings should reset. Follow the Connect to Wi-Fi steps again.

EMR Announcements

    • We’ve been working diligently to correct the issue of labs not showing in flow sheets. Please report any issues regarding these particular labs not crossing over from the report to your flowsheet.

    • Please dial 215-4111 Option 3 to reach us.

    • To request to file an EMR document in error please send an e-mail to elpasoemr@ttuhsc.edu. Please do not send alerts or flags for this type of request.

EMR Known Issues

There are 2 EMR Known Issues:
    • Rotating residents do not have access to printers or computers in clinic.
      • Clinic must notify EMR department of any residents rotating through their clinic in order for them to be granted access.
    • Please report any lab values not showing in flowsheets after signing the lab report to the EMR, Labs proxy box in EMR.
    • To report any issues please e-mail us at elpasoemr@ttuhsc.edu or contact us at our new number 215-4111 option 3.
As always we are working to resolve these issues in a timely fashion and will keep you updated on their status.
