Meeting Meaningful Use while Enhancing Patient Care

On October 6, 2015, CMS approved rule changes to MU Stage 2, which simplify MU requirements and add flexibilities for providers. The CIS team and the MU Administrator disseminated MU Cheat Sheets which included tips to achieve benchmarks for the most complex MU measures. Thank you for your support as we progress to our goal of 100% success in MU Attestation for TTUHSC EL Paso.

myTTP Patient Portal

One of the many benefits patients receive by signing up for our portal is the ability to view their chart online, and below are the step by step instructions.

To view :

1. Log in to myTTP Patient Portal. Put in you user ID and password, and click Log in screen one.
2. Once you log in you will find a ‘My Medical Record’ tab on screen two. My Medical Record page will be displayed. Click on the tab to open your medical record.

3. Once you log in you will find a ‘My Medical Record’ tab on screen three. My Medical Record page will be displayed. Click on the tab to open your medical record, My Medical Record page will be displayed screen four.

EMR Announcements

    • We’ve been working diligently to correct the issue of labs not showing in flow sheets.

    • Please dial 215-4111 Option 3 to reach us.

    • To request to file an EMR document in error please send an e-mail to elpasoemr@ttuhsc.edu and append the document in EMR using the update named Request for Removal. send alerts or flags for this type of request.

EMR Known Issues

There are 1 EMR Known Issues:
    • Fee tickets forms are not working properly. The ICD-10 is being displaying incorrectly in the orders. We are working to get this resolved
    • Please report any lab values not showing in flowsheets after signing the lab report to the EMR, Labs proxy box in EMR.
    • To report any issues please e-mail us at elpasoemr@ttuhsc.edu or contact us at our new number 215-4111 option 3.
As always we are working to resolve these issues in a timely fashion and will keep you updated on their status.
