Contract Attachments

Many contracts include attachments in the form of exhibits, schedules, etc. It is fairly common for the processing of a contract to be delayed because these items are not attached to the contract. Therefore, when you review your contract, make sure that all attachments are referred to in the document and are included when you submit the agreement for approval. Each attachment, exhibit, and schedule must be labeled according to its reference within the contract, e.g., Attachment A or Exhibit A or Schedule A.
