Dr. Hoi Ho is Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs and Development. In this position he oversees the operation of Faculty Affairs (faculty credentialing, faculty appointment, tenure and promotion, faculty recruitment; and faculty (support) and Faculty Development (Faculty Development Course, Advanced Teaching and Technical Writing course, Faculty Mentoring and Leadership Development.

The Faculty Affairs office advises faculty members at all career stages and administrative officers on policies regarding faculty recruitment, compensation, leave of absence, counseling, grievance and appeal processes. The Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs and Development serves as the liaison to the Faculty Council, the Dean Council, and the Academic Council.

As Director of the Clinical Skills and Clinical Simulation Center of the Paul L. Foster School of Medicine, Dr. Hoi Ho is tasked to recruit staff, develop and install state-of-the-art teaching tools and equipments, and train faculty for delivering the Medical Skills Course for medical students and clinical simulation to residents and faculty.
