Q: What forms of payment does RTSC accept?

A: We accept cash, check (make check payable to TTUHSC), Visa, MasterCard and FOP (for internal customers only).

Course Offering Information

Q: Where can I get a copy of the 2013-2014 Course offerings?

Q: What if I am unable to print my pre-test results?

A: Two options given, you can:

Q: What if I didn't receive a parking pass?

A: Contact us at (915) 215-6130, and we will provide you a parking pass.

Q: What if I show up late?

A: After the course begins at 8:00am; we will forfeit your attendance, and will have to reschedule your course at a later date.

Q: Can I reschedule a class?

A: Yes, however, if a class is cancelled by Texas Tech, a 100% refund will be granted, or the student may request to be rescheduled for another scheduled course. Full refunds or credit for future classes will only be issued with notification of withdrawal at least 3 business days prior to the date of class. Requests for refund must be in writing, include the reason for withdrawal and be received no later than 30 days following the withdrawal date. Course withdrawals within 3 business days are subject to a 50% tuition refund while requests to reschedule within 3 business days are subject to a $25 administrative fee.
