Favorite thing about El Paso: The thunderstorms. I love the desert, but it is fun to see the dramatic weather that happens around here.
Hobbies/Interests: Camping, hiking, and travel in general.
Plans after residency: Still deciding. Maybe an ultrasound fellowship. Probably head back to LV and work, although I like the idea of working in a smaller rural setting so I will probably aim at working at least a few shifts a month in a single coverage ED.
Something unique or interesting about yourself: I was once a taxicab driver.

Favorite thing about El Paso: Incredibly nice people, gorgeous mountain views, and minimal humidity!
Hobbies/Interests: Dancing, reading, hiking, snorkeling, traveling, and exploring new places.
Plans after residency: Considering an EMS fellowship.
Something unique or interesting about yourself: 1st generation American, fluent in Polish.

Favorite thing about El Paso: I grew up in CA, went to Medical School in AZ, so not having to update my wardrobe for snow is pretty nice. El Pasoans are very pleasant and the patient population are respectful and thankful which makes going to work that much more gratifying.
Hobbies/Interests: Rock climbing, avid cinephile, video games, gym, sports, and beer connoisseur.
Plans after residency: If I woke up and my medical school loans miraculously vanished, definitely a critical care fellowship, but realistically work at a community hospital somewhere in Texas.

Plans after residency: Will keep changing; likely working somewhere rural, urban, overseas, or goofing off on any given day.
Something unique or interesting about yourself: I once camped with Bedouins in the Sahara desert.

Favorite thing about El Paso: This is my home! My family, friends, the food, the star on the mountain, everything about this city is dear to my heart.
Hobbies/Interests: Huge sports fan, traveling, cooking, running, watching movies, and the occasional video game when I have some free time.

Something unique or interesting about yourself: I am a huge (crazy huge) Dallas Cowboys fan and travel to Dallas to see my boys play almost every year.

Hobbies/Interests: Hanging and eating out, watching movies, working out, sports, studies about my religion.
Plans after residency:  Working in an ER but no idea where just yet.
Something unique or interesting about yourself:  I can bake pretty well, and I am lactose intolerant but I still drink milk all the time. One other interesting thing about me is I have a huge sweet tooth.

Something unique or interesting about yourself: I once broke my collar bone as a kid thinking I was Evel Knievel. I never told anyone. Only found out years later  when my pcp got a random chest xray and said, "Hey, uhh did you ever break your collar bone?"
