Clinical Application Training

New employee and refresher trainings for Clinical Applications are now offered in person and virtually via Webex. Training requests for Centricity EMR, CBIZ and TTUHSC Cerner can be entered by Department and Clinic Administrators on Sysaid under Clinical Application Support.

Deceased Patient Process

The Customer Service division of MPIP is responsible for marking patient accounts as Deceased in CBIZ. Clinic staff will need to submit requests via email to: Customer Service/Self-Pay: elpasompipcustomer@ttuhsc.edu.

Email will need to include the required information below:
-   MRN
-   Social Security Number
-   Patient Name
-   DOB
-   Death Certificate
-   Name of individual reporting and relationship to deceased patient

EMR Announcements

There is currently 1 EMR Announcement(s):
    • The Information Management Systems Section would like to welcome all of Incoming Residents and Fellows! A total of 86 Residents and Fellows will receive clinical applications training between June 21st and July 2nd in preparation to provide patient care for patients seen at Texas Tech Health Science Center at El Paso.

    • Please dial 215-4111 Option 3 for support.

    • To request to file an EMR document in error please send an e-mail to elpasoemr@ttuhsc.edu. Please remember the document must be signed and appended with the Request for Removal encounter type in order to be removed.
