Outreach and Community Engagement Staff

Ms. Loretta Flores serves as the Executive Associate to the Vice President for Outreach and Community Engagement and liaison for the office for outreach and engagement activities for TTUHSC El Paso. In addition to managing the daily activities of the Vice President, she assists with administrative oversight and supervision of operations for the Paul L. Foster School of Medicine Medical Student Run Clinic and Mobile Care Unit. She is a native El Pasoan with twenty-six years of dedicated service to TTUHSC El Paso. She possesses a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso and remains active in national organizations that benefit the El Paso community. Loretta is a proud mother of two, a UTEP Alumnae, and an animal advocate. She attributes her passion for her professional career endeavors to her family and her El Paso community.

Unit Manager – Community Faculty
John Michael Goeldner, M.B.A., serves as the main contact for all community faculty recruitment activities in the Office for Outreach and Community Engagement at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso.
Before joining the Office for Outreach and Community Engagement, he served as Director for the Office of Medical Education, which oversees the Undergraduate Medical Education Program, and the Department of Medical Education, which oversees the faculty and staff that teach the medical education program for the Paul L. Foster School of Medicine. He brings more than ten of experience with the institution to his current new role.
