Budget Office

The TTUHSC El Paso Budget Office works with departments to ensure accurate, efficient, and successful budget planning, implementation, and reporting practices.

Areas of responsibility include the following:

  • Analyze legislation relating to higher education issues
  • Develop and administer the annual operating budget
  • Maintain all appointment and financial data related to employees
  • Prepare reports as required by various state agencies and TTUHSC El Paso administration
  • Prepare the biennial Legislative Appropriations Request (LAR)
  • Update and manage the TTUSHSC El Paso budget system for reporting accuracy
