What to do if patient leaves before being seen Tip of the Week

Some office visits have been signed with no information which is creating a delay in billing and requiring additional research from your Billing department and Medical Records.

If a patient leaves before being seen please document in the note that the physician never saw the patient and if possible include a reason why before signing the document.
