Phreesia Patient Satisfaction Survey

All Texas Tech Health Sciences Center at El Paso clinics have successfully participated in a pilot of post visit Patient Satisfaction Surveys using Phreesia. Due to the success and response from patients all Texas Tech Health Sciences Center at El Paso Clinics will continue to use the Patient Satisfaction Surveys using Phreesia.

Patients will receive an email six hours after their appointment with a link to complete a four-question survey. In order for the patient to receive the email the patient needs to meet the following criteria:

  •    Check in with Phreesia
  •    Have an email address on file
  •    Have not completed a survey for the visiting clinic within a 6 month period or attempted to complete a survey within a 3 month period

We encourage the front desk staff to ask for an email address if there is not one on file and notify patients that they may receive an email inviting them to complete a satisfaction survey.

The Phreesia Satisfaction Survey will include questions evaluating factors such as office waiting times, the friendliness and care of front desk staff and medical assistants, Provider interaction, experience with phone calls to the clinic, and overall satisfaction with the healthcare experience.
