Why aren’t my patient’s lab results showing in my flowsheet/form? – FAQ

We work with 3 different laboratories to import results into Centricity EMR. Each laboratory sends the results in a different format but are not automatically mapped into our EMR. We make our best effort to consolidate these results but only 1 of the labs has a team available to test lab results before we go live. To ensure the lab interface is reliable and useful we need your assistance to confirm lab results are mapped to their corresponding locations.

Please make sure to check your <All> flowsheet, your lab report documents and any external lab results for an accurate and complete picture of the patient’s lab results.

Also please make sure to sign your Lab Rpt’s prior to your Office Visits to ensure they are available in the flowsheet and in other forms.

EMR Known Issues

There is currently 1 EMR Known Issues:
  1. If you are using a desktop computer and can’t find any printers inside EMR please try to print from an application other the EMR to ensure the printers are setup in the computer locally.
  2. If you are unable to print to a printer from multiple computers, it is possible the printer is offline. Try turning the printer off and back on to resolve this issue and notify us as soon as possible.
  3. Please make sure you report any issues that impact EMR as we cannot solve issues we are unaware of.
As always we are working to resolve these issues in a timely fashion and will keep you updated on their status.
