MyTTP ELP Patient Portal

We welcome all Faculty and Staff to encourage patients to use Patient Portal as a convenient way to review their medical history, problems, request medication refills and much more. In order for patients to join Patient Portal clinic staff members need to provide patients with a Personal Identification Number (PIN) given in the Patient Portal PIN Letter. The PIN can be activated at the Start Visit page of each Office Visit or by using the PIN Generator update. Using the PIN Generator update, the PIN will become instantly active and ready to use versus activating the PIN through the Office Visit, which requires final signature to become active.

To activate a new PIN for a patient use the PIN Generator Encounter Type

Click on “Auto Generate for a new PIN” or “Reactivate PIN” for a reactivation. (Patient PINs expire every 30 days)

A confirmation of the Active PIN will prompt. End the update and Sign the Update. Once the document has been signed the PIN letter will be available for use. Notice the patient’s PIN Status will change to Active in the Patient Chart Banner.

To print the PIN letter Click on Print on the top of the screen. Under Print Topics expand Letters and locate Kryptiq Patient Portal. Select the appropriate letter to be printed and print document and provide it to the patient. Please remember to highlight the name of the patient on the letter and inform the patient that they will be required to enter their name exactly as it is stated in the letter to avoid registration problems.

Should patients experience issues registering in Patient Portal that Clinic Staff is unable to assist with, please encourage them to email the Patient Portal Support Inbox at: for assistance.
