Always check your printer when logging into EMR. This is particularly helpful when you are using laptops or desktop computers you do not use on a regular basis.
To open the screen above:
  1. Click on the Print button on the top of your CEMR screen.
  2. Once the new screen comes up click on Printers.
  3. From the Select Printers window you can setup separate printers for different types of documents. The majority of the time you will only need to click on the All Other Documents and Prescriptions checkboxes and select their respective printers.
Note if the printers you are looking for are not available please call your EMR department.

EMR Known Issues

There are currently 0 EMR Known Issues:
  1. Please verify the legibility of the Lab print requisitions before sending them to UMC. Their barcode system cannot read the barcode if the requisition is not legible. If you do not receive the electronic results please notify us.
  2. E-prescribed sends duplicate responses to prescriptions that did not go through. If this happens to you please send us either the patient’s E# and the medication name or a screenshot to elpasoemr@ttuhsc.edu . Please remember to use only your TTUHSC e-mail address when sending us information.
As always we are working to resolve these issues in a timely fashion and will keep you updated on their status.
