Phreesia Registration Update

Effective November 3, 2020, patients will no longer have the ability to change their name on registration when completing the Phreesia check-in process. Front desk staff will need to verify that the patient name on the government issued identification matches the name on CBIZ and Phreesia prior to starting the check in process.

Note: Patients with multiple last names must be combined in registration with no space separating the last names.

Example: Maria RodriguezGutierrez

Changing Patient Name on Phreesia

  • On the Phreesia Dashboard, click on the Patient Name. Select Edit.
