Dr. Mack has 15+ years in graduate-level higher education administration and specializes in business process development, review and implementation. As Associate Director of Pre-Clerkship and Scholarly Activity and Research Program (SARP), Dr. Mack focuses on business processes related to curriculum delivery along with staff motivation, empowerment and development. Dr. Mack supports, counsels, and connects with students through policy administration and the curricular delivery of SARP. With experience in graduate and post-graduate level medical education admissions and SARP, Dr. Mack is well-versed in document review, balanced scoring and analysis, cross-departmental collaboration, as well as event planning and recruitment of faculty members to participate in various capacities from interviewer to judge. Dr. Mack received her Doctorate of Business in Social Impact Management from Walden University, where she received the Frank Dilley Award for Doctoral Study of the Year 2020. She received an MBA in non-profit management from Corban University and Bachelor of Science from the University of South Carolina.
