Meet Our Team
Dr. Radtke is a native Texan. He completed OB/GYN residency training at Southern Illinois University, where he did research on abnormal uterine bleeding and polycystic ovarian syndrome. Upon graduation, he was awarded with the AAGL (American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists) award for excelling in minimally invasive gynecology/robotic surgery.
He went on to complete fellowship training in minimally invasive surgery at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, where he trained in advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgery, specializing in complex pathology such as severe endometriosis, pelvic organ prolapse, large fibroid uteri, mesh removal and more. He has received multiple awards, including for outstanding patient satisfaction.
Dr. Radtke is particularly interested in creating methods to make surgery as painless as possible and has published multiple papers on this subject. He is also interested in a multi-modal approach to chronic pelvic pain/endometriosis.
Dr. Arms specializes in laparoscopic surgery for complex pathology, such as large fibroids and endometriosis, as well as operative hysteroscopy. He is also actively involved in teaching laparoscopic skills to new generations of physicians.
She performs a variety of surgery pertaining to treatment of pelvic pathology and reconstruction. She has a special interest in single-site surgery that leaves minimal to no scarring on the abdomen. However, prior to surgery there is a role of medical therapy, and she will work with you to share the latest medical drug therapies and/or devices that can help you. Ultimately, she would like to help you achieve your very best self and will try hard to get you there.
She has been with the Department since 2017 has over 10 years of experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Born and raised here in El Paso she enjoys serving her community. She graduated from Ysleta High School, “Once and Indian always an Indian.” Thanks to her Hispanic heritage she is fluent in Spanish. If patients are scheduled for surgery, she will be in direct communication and assist them every step of the way, from scheduling to postoperative care. Our patients love her!
