Support Program

Department of Surgery faculty provide academic and personal support in the areas of training, career choices, research and problem solving. The TTUHSC El Paso House Staff Association was created to address issues directly affecting residents such as call, salaries, work facilities, national meetings and training issues.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a professional counseling and referral service that is available to help TTUHSC El Paso staff and personnel resolve work or personal problems. The program is completely confidential.
