The TTUHSC El Paso Budget Office works with departments to ensure accurate, efficient, and successful budget planning, implementation, and reporting practices.
Areas of responsibility include the following:
- Analyze legislation relating to higher education issues
- Develop and administer the annual operating budget
- Maintain all appointment and financial data related to employees
- Prepare reports as required by various state agencies and TTUHSC El Paso administration
- Prepare the biennial Legislative Appropriations Request (LAR)
- Update and manage the TTUSHSC El Paso budget system for reporting accuracy
