Parking Registration PLEASE NOTE: The parking registration system will not be available from 6PM (MST) on Friday the November 21st,2014 until 8am on Monday November 24th, 2014.
VPN connection is required if you are outside the TTUHSC network.
New Hires - Be prepared to pay for two months in advance, $26.00, at the time of turning in your receipt and picking up your decal. Payment methods accepted are cash, check or credit cards (Discover, MasterCard or Visa).
Changes - Any changes to vehicle registration information should be reported. If replacing a vehicle, enter new information through registration website and current decal must be returned in exchange for new decal.
Current employees with UMC decals adding or replacing a vehicle: Decal must be returned to Guest Services at the UMC Annex, 3rd floor, in exchange for a new one or a $5.00 fee will be implemented by UMC for the lost decal. For more information, please contact Guest Services at 521-7671.
Decals - Replacement Permits Fee - $2.00
Additional Permits (after two) - $2.00
Decals, double T & UMC, need to be returned to the Traffic & Parking office when an employee is exiting / separating from Texas Tech. Employees with UMC decals that are not able to return their decal, need to pay a $5.00 fee at the cashier's office located on the 1st floor of UMC next to the lobby. Please bring the receipt to the Traffic & Parking office to then have your Exit form signed.
