Financial Disclosure

TTUHSC El Paso OP 73.09 requires that Principal Investigators, Senior/Key study personnel and Study Coordinators update their financial disclosure form on at least an annual basis, or within 30 days of a change in your significant financial interests.

Because of updated federal regulations, the information that you are required to disclose has changed. Please read and respond carefully to the questions.

The Office of Research Resources will automatically receive a copy after you have submitted your form.

Updated regulations require training regarding financial conflicts of interest in research.

Training is required every four years for Principal Investigators and Key Study Personnel who have external research funding, and for Principal Investigators and Study Coordinators conducting non-exempt human subject research regardless of funding. If you have not yet completed this training, it can be accessed at  www.citiprogram.org, and by selecting the “Conflict of Interest” course.
