Blank Pharmacy in Chart - How To

Problem: Pharmacy does not appear even if the patient has a pharmacy already selected

Cause: The problem was caused because an end-user modified the name of the pharmacy instead of changing it and that pharmacy had to be removed.

Solution:
  • Go to patient chart >> click on Reg button that is located in the top of the patient banner

  • Click on Contacts tab

  • You will see a pharmacy which name is: NOT A VALID PHARMACY – PLEASE REMOME. Select that pharmacy

  • Click Remove

  • 5. Click on yes on the following message

Scanning Tips – Tip of the Week � Tip of the Week

    •     Before scanning make sure documents haven’t been already scanned in.

    •     If document is in color, change the color type to color in the scanner.

    •     If document is double sided, scan both sides (click on duplex).

    •     All documents scanned need the appropriate date of service and physician name selected before importing.

    •     Specify in the Summary as much information as possible that identifies document (name of document and facility

            name)

    •     All consents need to be scanned separately and properly labeled.
